13 teams, from 8 different countries, have qualified for the Elisa competition at Slush 2018. The stage of these teams is highly diverse, with one team of students boasting many hackathon wins, and another being a startup valued at 1 billion US dollars.
For supporting startups to be winners Elisa is partnering with FCAI (Finnish Center for Artificial Intelligence initiated by Aalto University, University of Helsinki, and VTT), Dain Studios and Maki.VC.
– At Elisa we want to bring experiences and productivity into everyday life. Now we have a great opportunity to execute on this mission by co-creating with some of the best startups in the world of Artificial Intelligence. All of the teams selected to participate are of the highest quality. But there can be only one winner, says Henri Korpi, Elisa's Executive Vice President of New Business Development.
