Powerful collaboration to free up more time for patients

Ramsay Santé / Microsoft / Nuance / Anzyz Technologies

The Ramsay Santé Innovation & Partnership Hub and Ramsay Santé’s Danish operations have recently completed a POC with Anzyz Technologies.

Anzyz was approached for the POC due to its unique and revolutionary AI-technology, which was applied into an NLP (Natural Language Processing) solution for documenting and coding journal entries.

The POC has met Ramsay Santé’s milestones for accuracy and scope – the results point to a very capable AI technology which Anzyz are now looking to develop further.

Ramsey Santé is now working on integrating the Dragon Medical speech recognition software from Nuance Communications as part of the solution. Dragon Medical software is used by over 550 000 healthcare professionals worldwide.

By combining the Anzyz AI solution with Dragon Medical for multiple languages, Ramsay Santé wants to bring Real-Time healthcare documentation and understanding into the solution, for its operations across Europe.

In Q1 2022 Ramsey Santé will test and evaluate the combined solution in a real healthcare setting – pending success the solution will go into production shortly thereafter.

Anzyz and Ramsay Santé have a shared long-term goals for the ongoing project; to further develop solutions that augments healthcare professionals in providing care and which saves time on admin processes and communication – freeing up more time for patient facing care. A win-win for both patients and healthcare providers.

On a separate note, Anzyz has worked closely with Microsoft and we are happy that Anzyz now has the status of Global Service Provider – GSP. “This collaboration is very valuable for Anzyz and has materialized in ongoing and planned sales processes. With the recent Microsoft acquisition of Nuance, the possibility to expand the partnership is extremely strong”, says Kristian Hernes – CEO in Anzyz Technologies.

On the 12th of April 2021, Nuance Communications announced they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Microsoft will acquire Nuance for $19.7 billion.
